LERIS is a Czech technology company that has been designing, developing and operating solutions for environments where technology needs to do more than simply work since 2010. From a student idea, we have grown into a company of more than fifty people, two offices and experience with projects that connect the digital and physical worlds.
We understand software, proprietary and integrated hardware, data and day-to-day operations. We do not place these disciplines side by side; we bring them together into one whole with a clear purpose, responsibility and room to develop.

We grew through projects that require an understanding not only of the brief, but also of the operations, people and context around it. To us, technology is not an isolated product. It is part of the customer’s work, affects their users and often carries responsibility for important daily processes.
That is why we bring technical disciplines together under one roof. Software development, testing, infrastructure, hardware, integrations and ongoing support are coordinated as one team. Customers do not need to manage several separate suppliers; they have a partner who understands both the whole and its individual parts.
We work from Prague and Opava, but wherever we are, we share the same way of thinking: first understand what needs to work better, then design the right solution and finally stand behind it for the long term.

One whole across disciplines
More than half of LERIS consists of developers, testers and IT specialists. Together with experts in hardware, product, design, project management and support, they form a team capable of taking responsibility for the complete solution – from the first design to daily operations.

Casino technology, web platforms and custom systems have different users and rules. They are connected by LERIS’s ability to bring software, hardware, data and third-party services together into one clear whole suited to the customer’s real environment.

Our work does not end when a project is handed over. We monitor the solution in operation, support its users and continuously modernise it. Long-term knowledge of the environment helps us distinguish an immediate request from a change that will genuinely help the customer grow.

In more than fifteen years, we have changed in both size and the scope of our work. We have moved from individual applications to connected platforms and operational systems in which software, devices, data and people communicate.
Our vision remains simple: technology should give the customer a better overview, greater confidence in decisions and room for further growth. We invest in modernisation, proprietary development and AI, but assess every innovation by whether it delivers real value in practice.

We develop applications and platforms, design proprietary hardware, connect data and physical environments, and support solutions that need to work reliably every day.
