For us, AI is not a standalone technology detached from a specific need. It creates the most value when it works with the context of a particular system – its data, processes, users, devices and clearly defined rules. Only then can it find meaningful connections in large volumes of information, adapt its response to the current situation and offer people a relevant next step.

We already use AI in development, analysis, project management and testing. At the same time, we are expanding it as part of customer solutions: for personalisation, work with operational and energy data, risk control and connecting software with physical hardware.

We turn data into connections that support timely action.

Operational systems generate large volumes of events and data every day. A dashboard alone is not enough. AI can compare the current situation with long-term patterns, identify a change in behaviour, flag an unusual condition and prepare clear input for the next decision.

In casino environments, we use this capability to understand players more precisely, personalise experiences in real time and identify risky or unusual patterns. In energy, we are developing AI for operational data analysis, control and finding ways to manage heat production and distribution more efficiently.

In other fields, AI combined with software, hardware, sensors and voice interfaces can support everyday orientation, natural communication and monitoring functions, or provide an early warning when a situation requires human attention.

We do not introduce AI for its own sake. Every use is assessed in terms of real benefit, data availability and quality, security and long-term operation. We define in advance where the system can act independently and where decision-making, oversight and responsibility must remain with people.

The system does not have to rely solely on fixed user groups. It can continuously evaluate behaviour, history and current context, then adapt communication, content or an appropriate offer to the specific moment. The response is therefore based on the real situation rather than a generic profile, while remaining within predefined rules.

Models can identify unusual connections in operational and transactional data that would easily disappear during routine checks. The result is not an automatic verdict, but an early alert, an explanation of the situation and clear input for faster review by the responsible specialist. Oversight can then focus on cases that genuinely require attention.

AI helps connect historical data with the current state, identify recurring patterns and prepare more accurate estimates of future development. In energy, it can support control, planning and more efficient use of available resources. Combined with sensors, physical devices and voice interfaces, AI can respond to events in the real environment and provide assistance where the user actually needs it. The software works not only with data on a screen, but also with signals from the surroundings and the state of connected devices. The design always provides for safe handover to a person wherever human intervention is essential.

In our internal project environment, AI helps us analyse progress, track dependencies and flag potential risks. It assists project managers in preparing tasks, checking their completeness and navigating large volumes of project information.

Development teams use it to prepare technical designs, work with code, review changes and analyse operational logs. It helps testing teams propose scenarios, identify missing cases and prepare more precise inputs for further work. Every AI output is reviewed by a specialist who understands the context and remains responsible for the result.

Assistants support the preparation of tasks, technical specifications and acceptance criteria. They flag missing information and help turn a general requirement into a clear basis for development and testing. The resulting specification is more consistent, easier to verify and less open to different interpretations by the customer, developer and tester.

The specification and solution context can be used to propose test scenarios, edge cases and verification steps. Testers receive a broader foundation that they assess, extend and adapt to real operations.
