Landbased. Online. AI.

Casino technology that responds in real time.

Since 2016, we have been developing a proprietary technology ecosystem for landbased and online gaming. A player, transaction, gaming device, CRM event, bonus, AI decision or physical visit is not an isolated system to us, but an event within one shared environment. We connect software, proprietary hardware, data and integrations so that players, operations and management work with one continuous context in real time.

Casino solutions. Our direction.

One living ecosystem. Every event matters.

Casino operations unfold as a continuous stream of events. A spin, deposit, visit, table game, bonus, withdrawal, change in a player profile or the technical status of a device can influence what happens next. A retrospective report is not enough; it is essential to understand the present and respond in time.

Our solutions connect players, gaming devices, live games, staff, management, transactions, CRM, reporting and related services into a single flow of information. We complement software with proprietary hardware. An event can return to operations as an overview, alert, security check, personalised response or decision-making input for the responsible role.

We operate across Europe and adapt the system to the operational and regulatory requirements of each country. This includes connections to state registers and supervisory systems, a complete reporting system in line with local legislation and a verifiable audit trail. Operators gain a unified view of landbased and online environments and can develop it without assembling isolated tools.

Landbased casino

Physical operations in one data view

We connect players, gaming devices, live games, reception, loyalty, finance, staff and central management in one operating environment. Events generated directly in the casino continuously feed into CRM, analytics, reporting and the workflows of individual roles.

02
Online casino

An event-driven platform from game to AI

Games, logins, transactions, bonuses, CRM, communication, BI, KYC, compliance and AI operate over a shared event stream. An important change in player behaviour can therefore inform the next decision, check or follow-up action without unnecessary delay.

03
Proprietary hardware

Electronics between the machine and the system

Our electronics, firmware and communication technology connect physical devices with player identity and central software. By developing hardware and software together, we control the complete data flow from an event on the device to the platform’s response.

One player. Two environments. Shared context.

Online and landbased are not separate worlds.

For LERIS, a player remains one person. Online play, a visit to a physical venue, use of a player card, rewards, loyalty, communication and other activities can feed into the same data and CRM context. Operators can gradually connect the customer experience while respecting the rules of each environment.

01
One player and a continuous historyOnline activity, visits to physical venues, machine or table play, card use, rewards and communication can form one continuously updated profile. Operators work with a player’s long-term context rather than separate views of individual channels.
02
Shared rules and rewardsSegmentation, loyalty, CRM, bonus principles and other mechanics can be managed over shared data. Each channel retains its operational and regulatory specifics, while rules can build on the same player identity, history and value.
03
LERIS BI and Data Studio over shared dataLERIS BI and Data Studio evaluate events from online and physical casinos in context. Dashboards, KPIs, tables and custom calculations can be tailored to roles and permissions, giving management and operating teams the right view without manually assembling data from several systems.

Landbased casino. Managing physical operations.

Player, machine, table and staff in one ecosystem.

A large physical casino is not a collection of separate devices and workflows. Player identity, gaming machines, live games, reception, cashier services, loyalty, staff and management form one operation in which decisions are made continuously and each role needs a different view of the same data.

We therefore transfer events from the physical environment to the central system at the moment they occur. They can connect to a player profile, CRM, reporting, a service process or a regulatory check while remaining traceable for further evaluation.

Our proprietary hardware lets us connect machines and other devices directly to the data and application layers. The result is a live view of the casino that supports day-to-day management, staff workflows, the customer experience and further operational development.

01
Central management

The entire physical operation in one system

The central platform connects operational data from gaming devices, live games, player cards, reception, cashier processes and other parts of the casino. Information is presented according to roles and responsibilities, so staff, the technical team and management work from the same foundation while each sees what they need for their decisions.

02
Player and loyalty

One player. Their complete history.

Player identity can connect venue visits, machine and live table play, loyalty, bonuses, communication and related online activity. The result is a continuous view of the player’s relationship with the casino, helping prepare the appropriate service, reward or next step within valid consents and rules.

03
Devices and live games

Machine and table in the same data context

We connect gaming devices and live games to a central environment that continuously collects technical, operational and player events. Our hardware layer links the physical device to the player account and platform, while table data can connect to the same identity, CRM and reporting.

04
Reception and compliance

Control built into operations

Registration, identification, age checks, permissions, player-profile management and regulatory steps can form one traceable workflow. Connections to state registers and supervisory links such as RVO and ROB, panic button functionality, configured limits and an audit trail help meet obligations where they arise.

05
Engagement and management

The experience does not end at the machine

Loyalty mechanics, jackpot and tournament scenarios, offers and other forms of gamification can operate over player and operational data. Their results return to shared reporting and BI, allowing management to monitor activity, economics, technical status and player response over one data foundation.

Online casino. Event. Context. Action.

Every event can change what happens next.

We build the online platform around events, not isolated modules. A game, transaction, login, change in behaviour or response to communication enters the same environment and can immediately influence CRM, bonus logic, AI, compliance and reporting.

Operators gain one technology foundation for player experience, administration and management. Communication, rewards, security checks, analytics and other scenarios can be managed over shared data without losing context between several separate systems.

We connect the platform with game providers, payment and identity services and other technologies according to the market. Integrations, security and regulatory requirements are part of the architecture, not an additional layer at the end of the project.

01
Event-driven core

Every event can change what happens next

A spin, deposit, withdrawal, login, win, segment change or other activity enters the platform as an event. At the same moment, it can influence CRM, bonus logic, AI, a security check, reporting or another part of the system. The online casino therefore works with events as they happen rather than responding only to a retrospective summary.

02
CRM and loyalty

CRM as a decision layer

We connect player history, economics, segmentation, available rewards, communication channels and other context in one environment. Operators can prepare campaigns and individual scenarios and control for whom, when and under what conditions specific communication or a benefit is available.

03
Payments and compliance

Financial events in the same stream

Deposits, withdrawals and other financial operations enter the same event environment as gaming activity. KYC and AML checks, operational rules, reporting and manual assessment by a responsible role can therefore follow without unnecessary delay. The scope is always adapted to the market, licence and processes of the specific operator.

04
BI and administration

Data tailored to each role

Business Intelligence and the data environment make it possible to build dashboards, KPIs, tables, calculations and other analytical views directly over operational data. Custom and calculated indicators can be reflected in permission-based views so that management, marketing, CRM, support and technical teams receive the perspective appropriate to their role.

05
Player experience

Rewards and communication in one ecosystem

Bonuses, points, credit, electronic vouchers, tournaments, offers and other mechanics can be part of a shared player context. Communication and rewards can respond to actual activity and remain available across web and mobile environments, always within the operator’s rules and budgets.

AI. Context. Controlled deployment.

AI makes decisions. Rules maintain control.

At LERIS, AI is not a separate chatbot added next to a finished product. Across landbased and online environments, it works with operational events, player history, economics, available options, communication channels and operator rules. This approach is also used by our Player DNA, Live Bonusing and AI AML Manager modules. Each addresses a different part of decision-making, but all rely on shared context, fixed controls and the ability to validate behaviour safely on real data before live deployment.

01
Player DNA creates living contextPlayer DNA combines activity from landbased and online environments, its long-term development, gaming preferences, economic context and available communication options in a continuously updated profile. Operators do not work with a fixed category, but with a view of the player that evolves with their actual behaviour.
02
Live Bonusing responds in real timeLive Bonusing connects the long-term context from Player DNA with events currently taking place in a physical or online casino. Based on the situation, it can prepare relevant communication or a bonus response and select an appropriate channel, always within operator-defined rules, available options and budgets.
03
AI AML Manager extends controlAI AML Manager evaluates financial and related operational events from landbased and online environments in the context of player history. It helps identify unusual behaviour, explains the main reasons for its assessment and passes higher-risk cases to the responsible role. Fixed security and regulatory rules that the model cannot bypass complement the AI analysis.
04
Simulate first. Deploy second.New scenarios can first be evaluated against real operational data without sending communication or granting a reward. Operators can validate behaviour, economic limits and security rules before a live launch and retain measurable control over automation.

Electronics. Firmware. Communication.

Software and hardware as one.

A casino system does not end in administration or on a server. Many key events originate directly at a gaming device and must be transferred safely to the central environment, connected with player identity and returned as a clear response for the player or staff.

That is why we develop our own electronics, firmware and communication technology. We design the physical and digital layers in context, from circuit boards and embedded logic through data transfer to server integration and operational monitoring.

Direct control over the whole chain simplifies adaptation to a specific installation, diagnostics, service and further development. Hardware is not a separate add-on, but a full part of a system that has to operate reliably in a continuous casino environment.

01
Electronics and firmware

Software does not end on the server

We develop proprietary electronics, firmware and communication technology for casino operations. Circuit-board design, embedded development, real-time logic and server integration are treated as parts of one system so that a physical device delivers the right data and responds reliably to controlled platform instructions.

02
Player interface

Between player, machine and system

Our hardware layer connects the gaming device with player identity and the central environment. At the machine, it can create a secure link between a physical event, player account, loyalty and related services without fragmenting operations across several separate technologies.

03
Communication layer

Operational data without complex infrastructure

Our communication solution can connect devices where building separate data cabling to every gaming machine is impractical. Layout changes require less intervention in infrastructure, while physical operations remain connected to central monitoring and the data layer.

04
Integration and service

Hardware under direct control

One team coordinates device design, firmware, application software, communication and testing. This gives us a better understanding of the complete chain from an event at the venue to its processing on the server, lets us adapt the solution to a specific installation and supports long-term service, updates and further development.

Architecture. Monitoring. Long-term operations.

Stability is not an add-on. It is part of the design.

A casino system has to remain reliable when operations are at their busiest. That is why architecture modernisation, performance, security and room for further extension are addressed during design, not only in response to a problem. We separate individual services so that the system can be scaled in a controlled way, its condition monitored and the impact of a local fault contained.

We monitor operational status across application services, integrations, data flows and physical devices. Monitoring, logs and controlled deployment of changes allow the technical team to locate a problem quickly, limit its impact and restore the required service safely.

Long-term cooperation allows us to continuously refine the system based on real use. We monitor performance, operational events and the experience of different roles, turning them into targeted changes that can be deployed safely without disrupting day-to-day operations. Every improvement should support greater stability, simpler work and a better player experience.

01
Architecture

Resilience and scalability

We design the system for continuous processing of high event volumes, secure data transfer and stable performance, from smaller operations to extensive installations. Data flows and key services are prepared for controlled load distribution, separation of individual components and automatic takeover when a local problem occurs. Central monitoring, operational logs and timely alerts give the technical team a clear view of the whole and support rapid recovery. The architecture protects current operations while creating space for new locations, devices, integrations and larger volumes of data.

02
Monitoring and deployment

We see the system as one whole

We monitor services, integration links, data flows and physical devices in context. Central monitoring, operational logs and timely alerts help the technical team locate a problem quickly and manage recovery. We deploy changes in controlled steps so their behaviour can be verified and their impact on day-to-day operations limited.

03
Long-term operations

A system that keeps moving

Development does not end at deployment. We continuously evaluate performance, operational events, user feedback and changing legislative and technology requirements. Development proceeds in smaller, verifiable steps so that new features and adjustments deliver value without unnecessary risk to stable operations. We refine reporting, simplify user workflows, modernise the technical foundations and preserve compatibility with existing integrations. The customer gains a partner for today’s needs, daily support and the next stage of development.
